1. Event Summary
The 2025 IGG World Championship has returned! The top 12 teams, consisting of 36 players, will compete for the throne in Incheon, Korea!
This event boasts a total prize pool exceeding US$160,000, which includes amazing prizes such as the World Championship trophy, championship medals, cash prizes, in-game Diamonds, exclusive Decorations, and loads more!
2. Event Phases
The championship will consist of 3 phases: [Event Registration], [Online Regional Qualifiers], and the [Incheon Championship].
2.1 Event Registration
Registrations will officially start from 00:00, 04/24/2025 to 23:59, 04/26/2025 (GMT-5) (only open to players at Castle Lv 25). If you miss this phase, you will still be able to participate in this event by obtaining event points and exchanging them for items, but you will not be able to participate in the event rankings.
The final 12 teams will receive a complimentary 5-day, 4-night stay at a luxurious hotel, a dinner on a yacht, as well as round-trip tickets to Incheon (round-trip airfare will only be provided to and from your zone).
2.2 Online Regional Qualifiers
Teams will be divided into 5 zones based on their region. Teams will compete within their zone for ranking points through 4 quest phases within the specified time periods to secure a spot among the final 12 teams.
2.3 Incheon Championship
The final 12 teams will arrive at Incheon, Korea, on August 28, 2025. After a 2-day rest, the championship will begin on Aug 30. The championship will take place on an exclusive server, where all participating teams will take part in the Battle Royal. To ensure fairness and transparency, only official event accounts, which will all be provided with the same setup, will be used in the championship. The event will consist of three stages: Round 1, Round 2, and the finals.
If there are insufficient participating teams due to any special reasons, IGG reserves the right to adjust the event schedule, and will inform all participants in such cases.
3. Online Regional Qualifiers
3.1 Event Registration:

3.2 Qualifier Zones
Teams will be divided into 5 zones based on their region: A, B, C, D, E. Teams will participate in the [Online Regional Qualifiers] and compete for ranking points in their zone based on their registration information. Please refer to the event page for information about your zone.
3.3 Registration Rules
During registration, you can choose to create a team or join a team:
(1) Create A Team (Requires Castle Lv 25)
Creating a team will cost 1,000 Gems. Team names will be automatically generated by the system. The zone where your team is located will be based on your zone at the time of creation, and once created, the zone cannot be changed.
Share your invite code or link with other players to invite them to join your team. Please note that your team members must be in the same zone as you, and you can only have a maximum of 2 additional team members. During the registration phase, captains can disband the team, and team members can leave or be removed from the team.
If your team successfully qualifies, the team captain can go to the event page to rename the team. Team names can only be 3 characters long and must be unique. We reserve the right to request a change of team names if they include anything inappropriate.
Round-trip airfare for you and your team members will only be provided to and from a location that matches your registration area. Please keep this in mind while choosing your team members.
(2) Join A Team (Requires Castle Lv 25)
You can apply to a team by using an invite code or link from another player. You will join a team once the team captain approves your application. You can change teams at any time during the registration period. Please ensure that the team you join is from your zone, as you cannot join a team from another zone.

3.5 Rules of the Online Regional Qualifiers
(1) After the registration closes, the list of all participating teams and their respective zones will be locked. Players may check their event points and advancements via the event rules of their respective zone.
(2) The online regional qualifiers will be divided into 4 phases. Complete the designated quests in each phase to earn ranking points.
(Please refer to the event page for the final point rules.)
Phase 1: Earn Solo Points for Chaos Journey
Phase 2: Spend Artifact Coins/Royal Coins, use Energy items, train Troops to increase Might, and purchase packs to earn points
Phase 3: Earn Solo Points for Guild Fest
Phase 4: Earn Feudal/Royal Points and achieve rankings in Feudal Battle and Battle Royal
*Note: The final rankings will be determined based on the sum of the total points of all 3 team members. Please refer to the event page to view point details in real-time.
(3) Point Rules for Each Phase

3.6 Advancing to the Championship
(1) This championship is only open to players aged 18 and above. Official staff members will contact team captains in the order of the team rankings to confirm their participation. If a team decides to withdraw from the championship, their spot will be given to the next team from their zone. Please note that championship participation eligibility cannot be substituted for in-game items or physical prizes of equal value.
(2) Your team name and character names of your team members will be used by official staff for various promotional activities in the future.
(3) If your team accepts the participation invite, staff members will contact each team member via in-game mail to verify their real names, ages, passport information, email addresses, and other personal information, in order to arrange the round-trip airfare and hotel accommodations. All personal information that we collect from you will only be used to book the flights and hotels. Once this information is confirmed, it cannot be changed. Any consequences or losses resulting from incorrect or late submissions will be borne by the player.
(4) The 2025 IGG World Championship will be held in Incheon, Korea. Please prepare the necessary visa documents and passport for entry in advance.
4. Spectator Tickets
A limited number of spectator tickets will be available for sale! Spectators will receive a gift worth over 20 times the value of their ticket when they check in at the venue.

5. Incheon Championship
5.1 Championship Venue
We will be holding the championship at the INSPIRE Entertainment Resort. Championship participants will receive a complimentary 5-day, 4-night stay at this hotel.
5.2 Itinerary (All times below are in local Incheon time)
(1) Flights
Participants are expected to arrive in Incheon on August 28, 2025, and return on September 1, 2025. We will arrange transportation to pick you up and drop you off at the hotel. Please make your travel arrangements in advance to avoid any schedule conflicts.
(2) IGG Celebration Banquet
Participants will enjoy a free banquet dinner during their stay. Please refer to official notices for the final schedule.
(3) Championship

5.3 Championship Rules
(1) The championship will take place on an exclusive server.
(2) All players will use official event accounts (all with the same setup) to compete against each other. Participants will be given time before the championship to set up and save their account configurations, which will be used for all rounds.
(3) The event format for the championship will be the Battle Royal. At the end of each match, the team that is occupying the Wonder at the end of the match will have a bonus 60 seconds added to their total occupation time. Each match will last for 30 minutes, with an extra 5 minutes for the players to prepare before the match.
(4) Competition Schedule
Format: Best of 1
Round 1
During the Incheon Championship, a random draw will determine the division of the 12 teams into two groups: Group A and Group B. Teams will compete in best-of-one matches within their respective groups. The top two teams from each group will advance directly to the finals, while the teams ranked 3rd to 5th will move to the elimination bracket. The team finishing last in each group will be eliminated from the tournament.
Round 2
The 3rd-5th teams from Group A and B (6 teams in total) will battle it out in this stage. The top 2 teams will advance to the finals, while the rest will be eliminated.
The finals will be held in a best-of-one format, with 1 match determining the final 6 rankings.
(4) If two teams or more have the same final occupation time, rankings will be determined by championship server data.

5.5 Special Cases
If there are less than 10 teams on the day of the championship, event timings may be adjusted. Please refer to on-site arrangements for the final schedule.
5.6 Event Regulations
(1) If all members of a team fail to arrive on time, their participation in the event will be considered forfeit. In the event that a team is missing some members, any cash prizes won by the team will only be awarded to the team members that were present.
(2) If a participating player withdraws due to personal reasons during the championship, the remaining team members can still continue to compete in the remaining matches.
(3) During the championship, if there are uncontrollable factors such as device issues or severe connection issues, participants can raise their hands to signal a staff member. The match will be temporarily suspended after event staff evaluates and confirms the issue.
(4) If a participant experiences issues with their device, they can request a staff member to replace it with a spare device.
(5) If there is a network interruption of more than 3 minutes during the championship, event staff will determine if the match is to be restarted.
(6) If there is a bug in the server or game during the championship, event staff will determine if the match is to be restarted.
5.7 Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to uphold the values of friendship and maintain proper etiquette, ensuring their words and actions remain lawful and in compliance with the rules. Any participant engaging in the following prohibited behaviors may have their related content modified or removed. Violations may result in penalties, including warnings, muting, suspensions, forfeits, permanent bans, or other appropriate actions. The Lords Mobile team reserves the right to revoke the eligibility of players or teams found in violation of these rules.
(1) Participants must refrain from inappropriate behavior or language during the championship.
(2) Participants cannot insult or use derogatory language towards their opponents on any platform (such as acts of discrimination, antagonism, or verbal abuse).
(3) Participants are not allowed to publish unconfirmed information or make inappropriate remarks that may damage Lords Mobile's brand image on any social media platform or other media without the permission of the organizer.
(4) Participants are expected to conduct themselves appropriately during the championship. This includes, but is not limited to, complying with the laws and regulations of their respective countries, avoiding explicit, violent, or offensive content, refraining from discrimination or antagonism toward opponents, not promoting other games, respecting the legal rights of others, and adhering to societal norms and values.

6.2 Prize Distribution
(1) Diamond prizes will be distributed equally among all members of the team's registered game accounts, based on their ranking.
(2) Cash prizes will be distributed equally among each member of the team according to the on-site rules.
6.3 Guild Celebration Prizes
Each member of the 12 qualifying teams can pre-select a Guild. After the Incheon Championship ends, all players in the selected Guilds will receive a [Guild Celebration Prize] based on the participant's ranking.
7. Notes
(1) This online event is hosted by IGG SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.. All prize winners shall bear the taxes on the cash prizes, and shall declare and pay the taxes to the respective authorities in their countries.
(2) If the championship is interrupted or terminated due to force majeure, Lords Mobile reserves the right to make any adjustments, including but not limited to rescheduling the event, conducting the championship online, etc.
(3) By participating in this event, you automatically grant Lords Mobile the right to use your likeness (from participating in championship events, media interviews, etc.) to create and promote event-related content.
The Lords Mobile team reserves the right to final interpretation of this event, its rules, and its rewards. All event participants agree to abide by all rules stated above.
